Let us take an example. People appreciate Sachin Tendulkar for his power-packed performance and call him the master blaster. 

When he lost the match under his captaincy, people started bullying him. The same people who praised him and named him the master blaster abused him for losing the game.

But he remained calm and handled the situation with courage.

It is human nature to criticize others. We can not do anything with situations that are not under our control.

In one of the interviews, the former Indian cricket team captain, Mahindra Singh Dhoni, stated that the secret to his success is to handle the situation with a calm and composed mindset.

He rightly said that we need to think about what we need to do right now, without being frustrated or worried about the one that went wrong.
